Q: The onboarding process for new hires is very important. In some organizations it requires a one or two day, face-to-face experience, while in others it takes place mentoring programs. There are probably as many variations of on-boarding as there are companies. For this discussion question: In your main response, provide a brief overview of the onboarding process (the four steps) and for each step.
