Using the same organization that you chose, identify three of the key functional internal stakeholders of the organization. Areas to consider include accounting, finance, human resources, legal, management, manufacturing, public relations, unions, etc. Include in your analysis any cross-functional teams that currently operate within the organization. Compare and contrast how these varied perspectives promote and/or impede diversity. Assess the alignment of the operations strategy with operations activities, quality management, and functional diversity. Support your conclusions using the Marchand and Hykes (2009) article and the Prajogo and McDermott (2008) article as two of your sources.
