1) Identify at least three groups or individuals who need to be informed of each Goal, Purpose, and Outcome success measure.
2) Using the success measures (Column B,C) and validation (Column D) from the Logical Framework template, complete the following.
3) Add any assumptions (Column E) to the Logical Framework template (the yellow portion). Assumptions will be added, clarified, or removed throughout the project.
