Problem
Interview three applicants for a position. (Individual) Submit as document.
• Identify the job for which you are seeking to hire employees. You can use one of the jobs from the CE 1 scenario. Provide a short summary of the Job Description including title/industry.
• Identify three candidates including their resumes or applications. You can change the names/addresses for confidentiality reasons if you wish.
• List the questions you intend to ask and the responses of the three candidates. You can summarize the answers or write specific answers.
• Advise who you would choose for the job and why.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
