Sebastian asks the group, "What should we transform KIBO into today?
After some discussion with the children, they discover Sasha and her family are getting ready to celebrate Chinese New Year. The group decides to get some books on Chinese New Year out or the library, to learn more about this celebration and now KibO could be used to help celebrate this
The children soon discover all the books about Chinese New Year contain pictures of a Chinesedragon, so they decide to make KIBO look and move as a dragon.
Sebastian starts a discussion with the children on now they think dragons move. The children come up with a lot or ideas, so sebastian decides to
Introduce them to the engineering design process. He exolains to the children the five steps of the engineering design cycle.
In collaboration with Sebastian, the children start planning the creation of their KIBO Chinese Dragon.
