Based on your learning team skill matrix, discuss the pros and cons of the three types of consulting firms you identified in Week One.
Discuss the types of problems/issues your company will address in its consulting capacity. This might include a specialty.
Discuss the types of services your consulting firm will be offering.
Analyze the need for these types of consulting firms. (This may require some research.)
· Select the type of consulting firm you will create. This may be one from your list created in Week One,or it may be an entirely new idea based on your review of your learning team skill matrix or your needs assessment.
· Write a 350 to 700-word paper that includes:
The name of your consulting firm
A description of the consulting firm you will create (must be your own creation and not an actual firm that already exists)
A description of the types of problems and issues your consulting firm will address
A description of the services your consulting firm will be offering
A statement explaining why this type of consulting firm is well suited to the skills of the team members
