Background: Pick a company among your teammates that you will use for the assignment. This company is establishing a PMO that your team of consultants will lead the initiating and sustainment of the PMO. Your team is to develop a training strategy to address the competency of your project management team. Pick a leader of your team to coordinate this assignment.
The team will consider the following elements of a training program using the reading assignments as a guide:
a) Create a career path for your project, program, and portfolio managers.
b) Identify the training courses to meet the training needs.
c) How will the people be trained - online, in person, etc?
