Assume you have just been employed as the Project Manager for Safe Havens, a homeless shelter that raised $5M for charity. With the COVID-19 pandemic, a large number of citizens in the community have lost their homes. The scope of your project is to expand the homeless shelter so that it is better able to meet the needs of the people in the community.
You need to put together a project team so you can start the project as soon as possible.
o Understanding the team development challenges that can occur along the project lifecycle, suggest the ways in which you would resolve these issues in order to optimize project performance.
