1- Set objectives and goals: what to be achieved from social media and how it aligns with the core business and product or service.

2- Choose Social Networks: sites that matter and suit the company’s goal and the audience behavior on those specific social media site.

3- Segmentations which gender, age and region to target.

4- Market Current State: analyzing how competitors act and what content works for them in social media then distinguish and appeal to prospects they might be missing.

5- Create Content: what to tell and how is it relevant to the social audience.

6- Assign Roles then Implement: who will be involved in the in the activity and who responds.
