Here is the outline for your proposal. I would like to see the following things:
I. Name, Student#
II. Identify the industry you are going to look at.
III. Background - Provide some background into why there is a need to improve efficiency of processes in the industry/business you have chosen.
IV. Identify the specific process you are going to evaluate
V. Identify what type of evaluation you are going to do, and the methods you want to use.
VI. Identify the results that you will use to drive decision making.
VII. Identify who you will make recommendations to, ie management, senior management, C-Suite, other.
