That is, during at least one conflict interaction you have this week, attempt to be appropriate, effective, and mindful as well as to exert personal, attributional, and strategy control. Identify the specific aspects of competence you attempted to enact, citing specific ideas from our readings and/or lectures.
Discuss how successful or unsuccessful you were in performing each of these aspects of competence.
Discuss which aspects of competence were the easiest and the most difficult for you to control, and why.
Incorporate and properly cite at least 1 specific course concept from the readings in your post and use concrete examples/details to exemplify the course concept.
