Paper Problem
Identify the social problem or social issue that the cultural item presents (such as labor, social institutions, bureaucracy, class, race, gender, etc.). Using one theory from the class, students will re-interpret the cultural item they selected. For example, you might consider what an intersectional or orientalism critique tells us about Aladdin... or What does Patricia Hill Collins' insights add to understanding Lemonade?
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
