• Examine each carefully. Identify as many relationship building techniques as possible.
• Analyze how the sites are similar and how they are different.
• Go to the Facebook page of one of the companies that you are following.
• Reflect on how conversion might be defined on this platform.
• Identify the steps in a path that would lead from your entry point to the defined conversion activity.
• Write a 3- to 4-page paper that reports your findings on the company. Include section headers in your paper that correspond to the information required. Include at least 2 to 3 resources besides your textbook. Your paper is to include the following sections:
o Relationship Building.

Discuss the similarities and differences between the sites.
