Assignment Purpose:
The purpose of this assessment is to assess three business leaders' styles and correlate their styles with their company's culture and performance. The overarching objective is to determine the correlation between leadership styles and business performance.
Process:
1. Identify three (3) publicly traded companies that are operated with different leadership styles.
2. Justify your categorization of the leader leadership style by supporting your analysis with the course and/or other scholarly materials.
3. Research and synthesize each company's performance and growth over the past five years (under the same leader).
4. The company's growth and operational efficiency should be justified with key performance indicators (income statement and balance sheet).
5. The company's culture should be assessed and synthesized.
Assignment Requirements:
1. Prepare a report around two thousand words, excluding cover, reference, and appendix pages
2. Include a copy of the financial statements in the appendix section
3. Select and synthesized the three researched companies
4. Assess and justify the three leaders' leadership styles
5. Assess the three companies' culture
