Now that you have completed your project plan, you have been asked to provide a presentation on your project and highlight key points of the project plan.
Create a 12 slides Microsoft PowerPoint presentation in which you:
a. Identify the project based on the scenario selected.
b. Explain the project's mission statement and objectives.
c. Explain the project's work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart.
d. Provide a visual of each, if applicable.
e. Explain the resource utilization, including funding sources and project budget.
f. Explain the assumptions, risk, and mitigation with the project.
g. Explain how changes to the economic climate or culture could have an impact on the project.
h. Provide a conclusion of your proposed project plan.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
