You must provide definite recommendations and be detailed in your explanations. There is not a series of questions to answer.
You must:
1. Identify the problems (issues)
2. Determine the potential solutions to the problems.
3. Provide detailed recommendations.
4. Support (justify) the recommendations that you make.
There is no page limitation. Just need perfect solution. However, do not waste a lot of time and paper by rewriting a lot of background information that is already in the case unless it is germane to the recommendations.
