• Develop a strategy on how to meet the clients needs? What are the client's strengths?
• What are your goals?
• Specify objectives, what the are your short-term and long-term objectives?
• Were there any barriers or pitfalls in collaborating with your client. Any social work barriers?
• Specify the action steps needed to achieve your goals. It is important to assign responsibilities to the social worker and the client (who? will do what? by when? and how will success be measured?)
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
