Draft a behavior contract for you or for someone you know with the goal of modifying a target behavior.
Identify the behavior to be modified.
Draft your behavior contract, utilizing the best practices you identified in your research. Your contract must:
1) Identify and operationally define the target behavior to be addressed.
2) Establish a method for collecting data.
3) Define the level of progress desired for modifying the target behavior.
4) Identify the period of time the contract will be in effect.
5) Identify the contingencies, and who will implement them, in order to be able to modify the target behavior.
