Essay Problem
Imagine that you are a candidate for a position as a healthcare leader, and you have been asked to provide the board of directors with information regarding how you intend to build and maintain relationships with your organization's internal and external stakeholders. Using the information in your textbook readings and at least one additional outside source, compose an essay consisting of at least two pages in which you do the following. Identify the needs of internal and external stakeholders within the organization. Determine and write about at least three methods for building and maintaining relationships with these stakeholders. Keep in mind that some of these stakeholders may come from different economic, social, or cultural backgrounds.
