• Identify the nature and stages of the conflict.
• Identify the conflict styles most evident in the key role participants.
• Identify the ADR used to resolve the conflict.
• Describe how the ADR was applied to the situation.
• Discuss any legal ramifications of the ADR used.
• Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the organization using an ADR to solve the conflict.
• Provide support or critique on the success of the ADR.
