2. Discuss when and why the policy was created and who were the main supporters.
3. Identify the benefits and/or challenges that are connected to this policy as it relates to social, economic, and/or environmental issues in your community.
4. Identify who and what (e.g. environment, housing, education) are impacted by the policy. Provide at least two specific examples.
5. Discuss how this policy could be improved and identify the powerful institutions that must be influenced to make the needed changes.
