Assignment: Strategic Plan, Part Two: Internal Environmental Analysis
Write 1,400 words minimum internal environmental analysis in which you include the following:
i. Assess the organization's internal environment.
ii. Identify the most important strengths and weaknesses of your organization including an assessment of the organization's resources.
iii. Identify the most important internal environmental factors in the general, industry, and external analysis in relation to the internal analysis.
iv. Perform competitor analysis.
v. Assess the structure of the organization and the influence this has on its performance.
vi. Determine the organization's competitive position and the possibilities this provides.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
