SUPERVISION PROJECT

The semester Supervision Project is based on the learning objectives for the course. You will find the objectives listed below along with the directions and criteria for the project. The Elements of Supervision course- summary project is a Comparison Paper.

Description: You are required to contrast two managers with whom you are acquainted. (These can be people with whom you have worked or they may be managers you know from other experiences.) You are to choose one manager who you feel is successful and another who you feel is not. You are then to compare andcontrast the managers. The paper must include the following information regarding/components:

9. Recommend reasons for "change management" and the "control process"
