Identify the legal source of the issues

Assignment

A number of recent cases have argued for "employee status" of collegiate athletes. For example, Northwestern University football players were initially successful when the regional office of the National Labor Relations Board found they met the definition of "employees" under labor law, although that decision was overturned by the NLRB in Washington. Numerous other lawsuits have attempted to gain employee status for college athletes.

Go online to find such a case (NOTE: You cannot use a case in the textbook).
