Manager: There are new county health regulations that came out requiring trash dumpsters be a minimum of 30 feet from the rear entrance. The regulations also require that all out buildings to be at least six feet from the property lines. In order to meet the county health codes, the enclosure that houses the trash dumpster would be five feet from the property line.
Jack: We decided to locate each Sandwich Blitz location on very small out parcels of land. Doing that contributed to lower operating expenses for the business and both Jenny and I consider this a competitive advantage.
