• Identify the fundamental components of ISM and describe the wheel concept.
• Compare the two management methods and list the fundamental similarities and differences. Although based on Scientific Management, explain how ISM is fundamentally different from Scientific Management.
• Finally, describe how the role of the worker in ISM differs from that of the worker in the Scientific Management method.
