ii. Identify each step in the process and who is responsible for it.
iii. Identify the risks in the process.
iv. Identify the controls that you put in place to mitigate the risks.
v. Create a process map in Visio or similar software to show the process, the risks, and the controls.
vi. Create the associated policy document.
