Overview
Throughout this course you have studied the foundations of conflict and different conflict resolution styles and strategies, complete the two parts.
Part I: Identify and analyze at least three different theoretical foundations of conflict that impact a person's ability to solve a conflict, must include one citation from Barsky and one additional citation from a scholarly journal article in this section.
Part II: Requires you to identify two conflict resolution strategies you would like to improve over the next four weeks. Utilize the Reflection Template provided.
