Homework: Principle of Management
o Identify effective leadership traits. Search for 10 business leaders who exemplify the selected leadership traits. Identify the company and job title for each business leader. Include a description of how the leader exemplifies the leadership trait. Describe if the leadership trait inspires followership and why.
This homework seeks to expose you to leaders who exemplify leadership qualities. This provides an opportunity to consider (if you have not already) the qualities of leadership with which you most identify.

Provide a 500 word summary that further explains your leadership philosophy based on leadership models and theories of your choosing. What will be your leadership style?
