1. Identify the business problem or opportunity – pinpoint the goal surrounding the problem/opportunity (what do you want improve?). What is the value of achieving this goal? Include the Purpose/Goal of the site and how well it Achieves its Purpose for its audience (we term this as the site's "Business Value"). Do not cut and paste; write them yourself! In other words, why are the site owners willing to spend money to build and maintain the site? How are the site owners going to get a payback? TO HELP YOU, I HAVE PAIRED SITES SO THAT YOU CAN DESCRIBE HOW THE SITES ARE THE SAME AND HOW THEY ARE DIFFERENT (DO BOTH!).

2. Incorporate an image (logo) associated with each website into your descriptions (one image for each website is sufficient). Make sure to wrap the text of your report around these images!

3. Do you believe the sites are achieving their goals?

Use MS Word to produce a neat, organized report. Be articulate and thoughtful. Remember, this is a business class, so the goals of each website should be expressed in business terms! The report must also be spell-checked and use correct grammar. Upload the report to blackboard after completition.
