Amy is a makeup artist, working for Max. Max is a sole trader who primarily visits clients at their home to prepare their makeup for special events. The business name is registered as Makeup on Wheels. Max has a small office space he owns, where he stores make up and where his employee Meredith does marketing, primarily over registered website www.makeuponwheels.com.au. His employed makeup artists meet him at the office before every appointment. After which Max then drives his staff to appointments in a motor vehicle that has his business details printed on the side. When Max turns 68, he decides he wants to retire. He talks to Amy about selling her the business.
