This discussion is going to be a little different, to start off I want each of you to make a single post that includes the information requested in a, b and c below:
a. Identify the beta listed for a food service (restaurant) company that you like to visit, for example Panera Bread (PNRA) or Chipotle (CMG) or KFC/TacoBell/PizzaHut (YUM). According to Yahoo! Finance, what is their beta?
b. Again from Yahoo! Finance obtain a report on Citigroup (C), General Electric (GE), and Ford Motor Company (F). What are the betas listed for these companies?
c. If you made an equal dollar investment in each of the four stocks, food service (restaurant) you chose, Citigroup, General Electric, and Ford Motor Company, what would be the beta of your portfolio?
