Discussion Post: Informatics
Within the Discussion Board area, write 300-500 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
As the lead of the EHR implementation team for your assigned departments, your first task is to identify the appropriate people who should be involved in the implementation process and submit this information to the executive team. For this assignment, you will do the following:
o Identify the appropriate department heads that you would select to be a part of the EHR implementation team, and explain what you expect these individuals to do related to the implementation process.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
