Homework: Toy Creation
For this homework, you will create a toy that could be used by an infant, toddler, or two-year-old. The toy should be homemade, use as many natural materials as possible, and be safe and durable. Your paper should include the following.
1) Identify the age group for which your toy is for, for example, infants-age 3-6 months or toddlers age 15-18 months, etc.
2) Summarize where children of this age should be developmentally across all domains (research what developmental domains are to help you write).
3) Describe your toy, the materials used to make it, and how to create it.
4) Describe how your toy supports learning in each domain for the specified age group.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
