i. Integrating a Likert scale
ii. Identifying technical competencies on ERP systems
iii. Examining skill depth within financial services
iv. Reviewing overall knowledge of HR legal compliance
v. Understanding depth of product knowledge
vi. Comprehending engineering technical abilities
vii. Gathering information on general shipping knowledge
viii. Identifying interest in future leaders
