Problem
Employers, and specifically Human Resources professionals, have been focusing on finding the right person for the right positions, keeping in mind that they want to retain the best people, many times also considering the employee/organization match. Evaluate various interview strategies and simulations. Based on research and your experiences, identify two strategies that would work best to ensure best fit/match for vacancies in your organization or one that you are familiar with. Then, propose a new, innovative approach you would consider (not currently in use or identified in our course materials) that you would consider that offers greater results in identifying/selecting the best person for the job.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
