Improving Incident Response at a healthcare company is the project I am working on at the moment so if you can relate these question to my project that would be a great help for me. Its 1 single question broken down into 3 parts.
Incident Response Team (IRT)
1) Identify roles and responsibilities.
2) Identify skills and training needed for each role.
3) Have a visual, like an IRT organizational chart, that shows the overall team and the relationship between sub-teams and team members.
