Problem
You will identify a recent event that has appeared in the business news that reminds you of or sheds light on a topic covered in the assigned chapters. The story should relate to the ongoing operations of an organization (eg, business, nonprofit) and can be good news (positive event) or crisis situation (negative/tragic event).
By completing this problem, you will build on the key learnings of the course, to date, to synthesize your understanding of how individual behaviors, values, attitudes and beliefs interact within the organization to achieve results. You will also gain experience considering alternative courses of action to develop your leadership decision-making skills.
