Personal history or another source (internet, newspaper, book etc) identify a project that failed and talk very briefly about why? I am looking for 250 words or less. Think of it as if you were talking through it with a CEO in an elevator in order to get his or her attention to this type of failure.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
