Development planning for employees is a key component of the performance management process. It motivates all employees and enhance personal effectiveness and increase contribution to the organization. Research a company of your choice--that is searchable via the internet-with which you are somewhat familiar. Identify performance strengths and development needs for its employees. Using key elements in Section 3.8 of your textbook as it applies to the organization (pg. 58-59), incorporate development planning strategies.

Write between 1,250 - 1,750 words (approximately 3 - 5 pages) using Microsoft Word in APA style, see example below.

Use at least three references from outside the course material, one reference must be from EBSCOhost. Text book, lectures, and other materials in the course may be used, but are not counted toward the three reference requirement.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
