Identify one major challenge (i.e. technology, policy, economic, personnel, global influence, educational...) facing leaders in the Purchasing and Supply Management field today and make two recommendations on how this challenge might be addressed to ensure organizational success.
Instructions:
1. Write a short essay (800-1,000 words; 3-4 pages) that provides a critical and thoughtful response to the prompt presented above.
2. Perform appropriate research that will support your response to the prompt and meet these criteria:
a. Use at least three scholarly journal articles.
b. Two of these articles must have been published within the last 5 years.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
