Assignment : Performance Management at the University of Ghana
Read Case 2-3, "Performance Management at the University of Ghana," in the textbook and address the following.
1. Identify one component of the performance management process at the Balme Library that has not been implemented effectively. (There are several, so choose one.)
2. Describe how the poor implementations of the specific components you have chosen have a negative impact on the flow of the performance management process as a whole.
3. Discuss what should be done to improve the implementation of the components you have chosen.
The paper should be 3 pages long (not counting the title or reference pages, which you must include), double-spaced, formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements, and include a minimum of three scholarly sources not assigned as readings in the course. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these sources.
