Directions: Detail the management team and company structure for your proposed new business, and include the following:
• Identify necessary management team personnel with proposed compensation
• Determine whether the proposed new business will have a board of directors and/or board of advisors, identify any skill gaps
• Designate additional professionals that will be required
• Create an organizational chart for the proposed new business
You must write in detail for ALL five of the following regarding YOUR business (closely follow my notes for Chapter 8 attached, pages 2-5):
I. Management Team, Personnel, Ownership, and Compensation
II. Board of Directors
III. Board of Advisors
IV. Other Professionals
V. Company Structure, and Functional Organization Chart.
