Identify model scholarly or practitioner journal article. Describe what is done in the article and how your approach will be similar or different on how your written research will be similar and different from the model article. Compare and contrast the following: problem statement, organization, type of performance improvement intervention, literature reviewed, level of intervention - at the individual, team, organization, analysis approach, data collection, change management, performance measures, and performance outcomes.
