Lewin's Change Model
Identify Lewin's three stages of change implementation and explain the importance of each stage in a paper. Be sure to use the terminology for each stage of Lewin's model as outlined in the text. You should then describe a change within an organization for which you have worked or are familiar. Examine how Lewin's change model could be used to implement a change process within that organization.
