My name is Tero. Like most of us, this course is a requirement towards my degree in BS in respiratory therapy. Most of my experience with organizational ethics are mostly internal like our own department and all of other deciplines such as doctors, nurses, physical therapist, patients and etc. This course will hopefully better my understanding and develop my practical methods, critical thinking, leadership and able to resolve ethical issues and apply this knowledge whenever any ethical situations arise. I am currently working in University Hospital (Trauma center) in Newark NJ as a Registered respiratory therapist for 22 years. I am 47 years old and married with two children.
