Develop, establish and implement one new communication strategy, and it's associated protocols for a business team. Address all the points below:
1. Identify internal and external information needs
2. Develop a communication plan - identifying goals, official communication channels, making plans to overcome barriers
3. Identify processes for adapting communication strategies to suit a range of context conduct PEST and competitor analyze and developing crisis communication plans.
4. Develop processes and protocols in line with communication strategies taking into account legal and ethical considerations such as duty of care
5. Prepare information and resources such as statements for press etc
6. Present information to staff regarding communications strategies, protocols and organization standards
7. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication methods to staff
8. Maintain work related networks and relationships to meet organization objectives
9. Ensure strategies meets specific organizations needs and goals
10. Ensure the strategy provides key information and promotes organizations clients.
