1. Identify internal and external information needs

2. Develop a communication plan - identifying goals, official communication channels, making plans to overcome barriers

7. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication methods to staff

8. Maintain work related networks and relationships to meet organization objectives

9. Ensure strategies meets specific organizations needs and goals

10. Ensure the strategy provides key information and promotes organizations clients.
