Problem
Objective:
To assess your ability to apply and analyze abstract communication concepts illustrated in various media artifacts.
Instructions:
Select one different media artifact such as a comic strip, article, song lyric, photo, advertisement, short video clip, etc., that illustrate a communication concept or concepts. (See the key terms list at the end of each chapter for concepts.) The artifact must illustrate a different concept (or concepts).
1) Thoroughly describe and explain the artifact and cite the source.
2) Identify in BOLD type the communication concept (there can be more than one) and then summarize (define/explain/characterize) the concept.
3) Analyze/explain how the artifact illustrates the concept, a minimum of 200 words long.
