You been given the task of reviewing this year's Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG). Locate the latest goals on the Joint Commission website (https://www.jointcommission.org/standards_information/npsgs.aspx). Please do the Ambulatory Health care 2017 NPSP goals, and use the site given

1. List the NPSG goal
2. Identify which department in the hospital should be responsible for monthly monitoring
3. Identify risks associated with the NPSG goal
4. Create at least five steps the responsible department should implement in their monitoring process 
5. Create a brochure for each NPSG goal selected  that contains the four points of information listed above that can be passed out at the departmental meeting.
