Overview
Due to the pandemic, the social service agency where you are employed began providing services remotely; this led to a shift in how services are provided as well as several privacy, security, and confidentiality challenges. In your employee survey, you have been asked to comment on your experience working with clients remotely and to address any privacy and confidentiality concerns with providing medical or human services.
Task
i. Identify which tools will be used to assess your client remotely. (EXAMPLE: assessments, SWOT Analysis, Surveys, ECT)
ii. Identify how client needs were met remotely.
iii. Identify a plan to ensure privacy and confidentiality when working with clients remotely.
iv. Assess issues of privacy and confidentiality using remote services.
